At Affordable Coffee Co, we want you to enjoy every cup. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
support@affordablecoffeeco.com.au
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We also cannot accept returns for opened coffee bags.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll help arrange a replacement if appropriate.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
